Thanksgiving was fun this year although I wasn't feeling well due to an infection. We had Tim's family, my brothers, Kira with her brother and his wife, and our good friends Ed and Cecilia over for dinner. Tim's mom (Elena) did most of the food and we had a good time as you can see in the picture. We sang with Elena's karaoke microphone which led to lots of laughter.
For the weekend, we drove to Flint, Tx to see my family. We stayed at the Villages 
Resort there. It was.....nice weather and great food. Staying up all night talking to my brother and my mom. Nanny making only enough cinnamon rolls for everyone to have just one! Ovens that w
on't bake egg casserole and leave dark spots on my pumpkin pie! Kids running around the building and being told very repeatedly to Stop! Playing Rummikub and Spades. Zephraim sleeping in the bathroom on his port-a-crib. Making so many waffles! The guys getting to go to a movie! Tim taking all the kids to play min-golf. Josh getting 'burned' in the fake fire. Tristan and Zephraim looking so cute. Chasing an opposom outside and Ivy getting crazy close for a cool pic!
